For Professional Use: Chemical Peels

Chemical peel, skin roller

Most of our products can be ordered by anyone, anytime, but some of them are only available for and through professional spas, salons, and clinics. These products are stronger and need to be administered by professionals trained in their use. These products are primarily our chemical peels

Glycolic Acid

One of these peels is our Glycolic Acid Peel. Glycolic acid is naturally derived from sugar cane, and it is amazingly effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, reducing age spots, and reducing hyperpigmentation. Glycolic acid is also wonderful for rejuvenating facial skin, stimulating the growth of collagen and elastin, and exfoliating away dead skin, oils, and debris.

Lactic Acid

Our lactic acid face peel is another type of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), but it is a larger molecule than glycolic, so provides a more gentle peel. For those with sensitive skin, glycolic acid can be too much, and lactic acid may be a great alternative. Perfect for balancing and maintaining the skin's natural pH factor, lactic acid facial peels also reduce toxins and germs while stripping away dead skin cells. Skin cell renewal will be accelerated and collagen and elastin production will be stimulated.

Mandelic Acid

Continuing up the chain of AHAs, our Mandelic Acid Face Peel uses an even larger AHA molecule. Mandelic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) which is derived from almonds. "Mandel" is the german word for "almond." It is even larger than lactic and glycolic, which means it does not penetrate the skin as deeply as other AHAs, and is generally a milder AHA exfoliant. It is effective in improving hyperpigmentation, blemishes, and signs of aging.

Phytic Acid

Using phytic acid and glycolic acid, our Phytic Acid Peel exfoliates, affects the melanin synthesis pathway in the epidermis, and leaves you with a radiant, unblemished glow you can get no other way. With our Phytic Acid peel, environmental damages slough away, melasma is lightened, acne is reduced, fine lines and wrinkles are reduced, and blemishes vanish or fade.

Salicylic Acid

For clients with oilier skin, we have our Salicylic acid peel. Although salicylic acid is often used in over-the-counter acne medicine, we've found that it also works wonderfully in facial peels. It unclogs blocked pores, stimulates collagen, shrinks pores, and reduces fine lines. Any one of our professional peels could help you look and feel your best give one a try. As a Beta-Hydroxy Acid (BHA) it works similarly to AHAs in how it affects desmosomes and promotes exfoliation and skin-cell turnover, however BHAs like Salicylic are more effect in penetrating the oily skin barrier.

Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA)

Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) peel is a self-neutralizing acid, which is an analog of acetic acid. It is used to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and discoloration. Commonly used in chemical peels, it helps treating hyperpigmentation, scarring, and wrinkles, by exfoliating and clearing dead skin cells.

Jessner Peel

The Jessner Peel mixes lactic acid and salicylic acid and is a deep, intensive peel recommend only for people who have successfully undergone deep peels before. The Jessner Peel treats acne scars, sun-damaged skin, and hyperpigmentation. It removes the damaged surface of the skin and also stimulates the growth of collagen and the development of fibroblasts in the deeper layers of the skin. It's available in two different strengths.
